Tuscan‑Style Cellar Door. Step inside our classic Tuscan‑inspired cellar door, built from Glenrowan granite with solid timber doors — a nod to Gino’s hometown of Lucca.
Here you can sample our preservative‑free and vegan‑friendly wines across sparkling, white, rosé, red and fortified styles. There’s truly something for everyone.
Perfect Pairings
After something bold? Try our Saperavi — a full‑bodied wine with an intense deep purple colour, berry‑rich bouquet and firm tannins. Pair it with Spezzatino, our hearty Italian beef stew with rosemary, sage, pancetta and creamy polenta.
Prefer something lighter? You can’t go past the Sangiovese — ruby red with notes of bright plum and earthy spice. It’s the perfect match for Nonna’s Lasagna, layered with fresh egg pasta, mozzarella, parmesan and rich Bolognese.
