This will be the launch of our first Sangiovese, a 2023 vintage which is bright, mid ruby red, with a pretty perfume and lifted palate. A light and playful expression for our first vintage.
Food
Rolled goats cheese – Goats cheese rolled in pistachios, figs and cranberries served with housemade focaccia and local honey. Our new release 2024 Petit Rosé is a fantastic match with this dish.
Polenta chips – Housemade and served with aioli – pair with a sausage for a hearty meal! Any red will work here but we particularly love these with our 2022 Gamay.
Koombahla sausages – Italian style pork sausages – housemade and served with caramelised onion, roquette and local chutney or dijionaise on a crusty bread roll. Pairs superbly with a glass of our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon.
