La Cantina

La Cantina is proudly a family business, with three generations involved in production of the wines. Even the impressive winery and cellar door were built by the family, from Glenrowan granite rocks in traditional Tuscan style.

With vines established in 1980, and run by the Corsini family, La Cantina (‘the cellar’ in Italian) continues to make unfiltered wines with no added preservatives, thereby retaining the full characteristics of each wine. Wines made include a cabernet sauvignon, cabernet shiraz merlot, chardonnay and saperavi, along with Italian varietals dolcetto and nebbiolo.
