Otto Dal Zotto arrived in Australia with prosecco running through his veins. A native of Valdobbiadene, Italy, he settled in the stunning King Valley with his wife Elena with a dream of producing the famous sparkling wine in his new home.

Working alongside his sons Michael and Christian, Otto has become an antipodean pioneer of prosecco, establishing it as a must-have for Australian drinkers of sparkling wines. King Valley prosecco is one of a range of Italian varietals available for tasting at the Dal Zotto Wines cellar door, including pinot grigio, barbera and sangiovese.
