Pork Rib Sugo
A delicious pork rib recipe from Politini Wines
4 pork ribs
1 garlic clove, finely diced
½ onion, diced
800g of diced can tomatoes or 700g passata
2 sprigs of fresh basil
1 bay leaf
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown off the pork ribs.
Add garlic and onion and cook until soft.
Add tomato puree and herbs.
Bring to boil, then simmer for 45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
