For a new take on bubbles this summer, think Italian, writes Tony Love on taste.com.au. Here are a few of his suggestions... Dal Zotto Pucini Prosecco ($18), a spot on little refresher. More complexity and a tad drier is the Dal Zotto L'Immigrante Prosecco ($36). It's one of the top Aussie examples. Brown Brothers 2011 Prosecco ($22) is widely sold, and offers an easy going suck of lemon sherbet in its flavour. Christmont La Zona NV Prosecco ($22) has a crunch of crisp apple in it and is a classic fruit driven Australian sparkling style.
