Tastes of Two Regions, Canberra
Sunday 1 July 2012 Experience wines and produce from the King Valley and Rutherglen at Tastes of Two Regions in Canberra, Sunday 1 July 2012. Tickets are $25 per person and include produce sampling and wine tastings, souvenir glass and entry into the Grape Escape Getaway competition. More than 120 wines will be on tasting plus cheese, olives, tapenades, preserves and other regional produce. There will also be a cafe serving espresso coffee, cakes, wraps and light meals including twice baked goats cheese soufflé, salt and Szechuan pepper quail on Asian slaw, red mullet with scordalia and double lamb cutlets with King Edward potatoes. For something extra, why not participate in one of two informative wine and cheese matching sessions led by Master Sommelier Rocco Esposito ($20 per person, pre-bookings essential).
