Nebbiolo has a bit of a cult thing about it, and all the reasons are on display here; its lightish garnet in colour, it smells of warm rocks, garden herbs, fennel and florals. It has trademark true grit in the mouth, fullish tannins yet not too overwhelming, balanced fruit bite, and savoury tobacco-like interest in the finish. Lots going on. 94/100
